RGS has contracted to administer the Hayward Area Shoreline Planning Agency (HASPA).

Under this engagement, RGS, led by agency exec Adrienne Harris,  will lead a full suite of administrative support functions, including:

• Brown Act–compliant board and committee facilitation

• Financial oversight, budgeting, and grant monitoring

• Providing guidance and planning for public communications

• Interagency coordination and centralized recordkeeping

This marks a transition in HASPA’s structure, shifting from internal administration of member agency in-kind support to RGS-led management.
