Adrienne Harris
Strategic Services Consultant
Adrienne Harris joined RGS in 2025 as a Strategic Services Consultant, bringing over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, government consulting, and environmental policy. Adrienne is known for leading complex projects, building strong partnerships, and helping organizations make a lasting impact. She helps our public agency partners with grant writing, strategy, and executive guidance.
Among her past work experiences, Adrienne has served as a policy analyst for NOAA, led the Morro Bay National Estuary Program —a nonprofit focused on protecting water quality and ecosystems —and helped the City of San Luis Obispo secure over $41 million in grant funding. Adrienne holds degrees from Duke University and Purdue University.
