Bringing over 30 years of public sector leadership to RGS, Marie O’Kelly-Green joined the Training Service Line as a Senior Advisor in 2025.

With extensive experience in airport management and public administration, she has held key roles at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), including LAX Airport Manager, Assistant Airport Manager, and Guest Services Division Manager.

A seasoned management coach and trainer, Marie specializes in employee relations, DEI, ADA compliance, bias awareness, and learning measurement. She designs and delivers specialized training programs tailored to employees at all levels, helping organizations build inclusive and effective workplaces.

Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration and continues to support public agencies through expert training and leadership development.
