Mike Luken
Senior Advisor
Mike Luken joined RGS as a Senior Advisor with the Planning service line in 2024. Mike has over thirty years of experience in the private and public sectors in transportation, land use planning, entitlements, economic development, project implementation, and executive-level management in the public sector. He is currently serving as consulting staff with an RGS partner agency and as a facilitator in county government leadership development. Mike has a master’s degree in rural and town planning and a bachelor’s degree in geography. He has extensive training in leadership, local government management, and the NIMS/SIMS Incident Command System (ICS).
