Marie O’Kelly-Green
Senior Advisor
Marie O’Kelly-Green joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Training Service Line in 2025. Ms. O’Kelly-Green has over thirty years’ experience in public sector service including as LAX Airport Manager, Assistant Airport Manager, and Guest Services Division Manager at the Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA), City of Los Angeles. She also served as a Senior Management Analyst for several years.
Ms. O’Kelly-Green is a seasoned management coach and trainer specializing in areas of employee relations, sexual orientation, ADA, DEI, Bias, EEO, and learning measurement. She curates and delivers progressive, specialized courses for clients at all levels of an organization.
Ms. O’Kelly-Green holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration.
