Kathy Wylie

Katharine (Kathy) joined Regional Government Services (RGS) in 2024 and is currently serving as the Agency Administrator for the Mendocino Coast Health Care District. Kathy has extensive experience in local governance and special district administration. She was a high school business and technology teacher and later earned her administrative services credential and started a K-12 charter school. Kathy has a bachelor’s degree in strategic planning and management and a master’s degree in special education. Outside of work, Kathy loves to garden, spend time on the beach, and play her five-string banjo.
