Fanni Acosta

Fanni Acosta joined RGS as the Human Resources Service Line Lead in 2024. Fanni has over twenty years’ experience in both private and public sector human resources. She oversees the human resources service teams, manages projects, and delivers HR services to RGS partner agencies. Fanni has a master’s degree in counseling and human relations and a bachelor’s in management. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, Fanni enjoys hiking, hosting family for special celebrations, and visiting her two young adult kids who reside in Tucson, Arizona.
