Senior Advisor
Sharif Etman joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Finance Service Group in 2024. He serves RGS partner agencies by providing professional finance management services.
Sharif has over twenty years’ experience in public sector finance management as well as broad experience in managing human resources, information technology, and working with all aspects of municipal government.
Sharif holds a bachelor’s degree in health care management and public administration as well as an Executive M.B.A.
Outside of work, Sharif loves spending time outdoors with his two boys and is also a professional photographer in his free time.
