Donald Sturman
Senior Advisor
Donald Sturman joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Finance Service Line in 2025. Donald has over a decade’s experience in financial planning, analysis, and budget management with expertise in state, local, JPA, and special district governmental organizations. He provides professional finance and consulting services for RGS partner agencies.
Donald has a bachelor’s degree in corporate financial management and an MBA in accounting, banking, taxes, finance, and business law.
Outside of work, Donald is a father, gardener, and a beekeeper. As a beekeeper, he volunteers through the Santa Clara Valley Beekeepers Guild to rescue honeybees, tends his apiary, and occasionally sells honey products at a local farmers market.
