Denise Silva
Advisor
Denise Silva joined RGS as an Advisor in 2024. She brings experience in governance, public affairs, and community and economic development, supporting initiatives that promote transparency and accountability.
Denise has extensive experience working with boards of directors, advisory committees, and executive leadership within California public agencies. She specializes in strengthening governance frameworks, improving board operations, and ensuring compliance with the Brown Act, FPPC requirements, and other public meeting laws. Her work includes managing complex agenda processes, advising elected officials, and leading communications strategies that enhance transparency and build public trust.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Outside of work, Denise enjoys live music, sports (especially the Los Angeles Dodgers), learning golf, and spending time with family, friends, and CASA youth.
