IT Manager

Craig Chavez joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Administration – Information Technology (IT) Service Line in 2026. A seasoned IT/Digital systems strategist with fifteen years’ experience leading IT enterprise-level change, communications, and initiatives across the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), he is adept at navigating complex systems, leveraging public speaking, cross-functional team leadership, and executive collaboration.

As the IT Manager, Craig provides advanced professional and technical expertise in planning, coordinating, and improving RGS’ systems and digital infrastructure. He also supports emerging technology and artificial intelligence initiatives by helping staff evaluate tools, manage risk, and integrate solutions into existing systems.

Craig holds a Master of Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science, and he is working toward the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, including cooking, traveling, and outdoor adventures.
