Christine Sliz

Strategic Services Consultant

Chris Sliz is the Organizational Development Services Team Lead at Regional Government Services (RGS). She joined RGS in 2015 as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Training and Organizational Development Services group and supports partner agencies as both a trainer and organizational development consultant. Chris is a core trainer for the RGS Leadership Academies and has delivered a wide range of leadership and interpersonal skills training and workshops for agencies across the state.

Chris brings an extensive background in organizational leadership, with experience facilitating strategic planning, leading complex multi-stakeholder problem-solving sessions, and mediating organizational conflict. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and organizational behavior and an advanced certificate in organizational development.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors—swimming, biking, and running—and often competes in triathlons.
