Abigail Scott

Abigail Scott joined RGS as an Advisor in 2022. She advises RGS partner agencies on strategies to enhance economic vitality, business development, and revenue generation. Drawing on her economic development experience, she supports agencies in strengthening local business environments, evaluating programs, and identifying growth opportunities. She conducts research and analysis, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and leads public outreach efforts to inform decision-making and advance organizational and financial objectives.

Abigail has a master’s degree in state and local policy and a bachelor’s degree in political science. She also holds certificates in Advanced Public Engagement for Local Governments and Leading Smart Communities.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys running, hiking, and listening to current event podcasts. She loves to cook new recipes, play with her two cats, and spend time with her family.
