Last month, Betsy Adams (Human Resources) and Ashley Metzger (Communications and Engagement) represented RGS at the Women’s Leadership Workshop hosted by the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) and the Riverside County Office of Education.

The workshop brought together women in public service to share insights, foster connections, and highlight the role of mentorship in cultivating strong, effective leaders.
