Black History Month is a time to recognize the history, leadership, and lasting contributions of Black Americans who have shaped our communities and public institutions.

At RGS, diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of both our internal culture and our client-facing work. Through our partnership with the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE), we support local and regional governments in advancing racial equity through practical, action-oriented approaches.

GARE offers a variety of free resources agencies can use to learn, reflect, and apply equity-centered practices, including:
