Shannon O’Hare is the Assistant City Manager for the City of Larkspur. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as RGS Board Vice Chair and has been a critical leader since joining Larkspur in 2016.

In August 2023, she was promoted to Assistant City Manager. She now oversees the Library and Recreation Departments, the Office of the City Clerk, and the City’s communications program. Before her tenure with Larkspur, Shannon was a consultant for local governments, specializing in communications and technology solutions.

Her deep understanding of public sector challenges and commitment to community engagement make her an invaluable asset to Larkspur and RGS.
