Leanne Leak

Leanne Leak joined RGS in 2020 as an Advisor providing specialized administrative services to partner agencies as a member of the Disability and Leave Management service group. Leanne has over twenty-five years of experience in leadership and management in early education. Throughout her career, she directed a variety of educational programs and operations, administered and coordinated conferences and trainings, and developed educational programs and resources. She continues to work part-time as an educational consultant. Leanne has a B.A. in Child Development. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys the California coastline, exploring back roads, and sleuthing family genealogy.
