RGS Board of Directors and Staff welcome The City of Soledad as the newest RGS Board Member Agency. Mike McHatten, City Manager, will be representing the City on the Board. The Soledad City Council approved joining RGS at their April 3 meeting.

Mike has been the City Manager of Soledad for approximately two-and-a-half years and is currently also serving as the President of the Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency Board of Directors.
