California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) has resulted in the recent formation of hundreds of Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) throughout the state. These agencies are tasked with time-critical sustainability plan development and funding objectives. To accomplish these essential objectives, new GSAs are often being staffed by employees of member agencies who are already too busy!

Regional Government Services (RGS) offers a new concept in staffing – a full range of administrative, finance, and project management services for GSAs, essentially an “instant GSA infrastructure.” These services may be also contracted in modules, and include:

Administrative Services
• Chief Executive
• Clerk of the Board
• Comprehensive Financial and Accounting Services

Advisory Consulting, Contract and Project Management Services
• Financial planning
• Sustainability planning
