The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) is an association of local governments in San Luis Obispo County. The central purpose of the organization is to examine common regional problems and suggest solutions. SLOCOG develops long-range transportation plans and provides funding for public transit services and highway and road improvements.
In 2015, SLOCOG retained RGS to provide project management services for a variety of projects that included public community outreach meetings.
