Tracey Lovely

Tracey Lovely joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Technical Specialist in the Finance Service Group in 2022. Having worked in accounting and finance in both municipal and private sector organizations for over twenty-one years, Tracey provides consulting services in all aspects of finance and accounting for RGS partner agencies. Tracey holds a master’s degree in business administration. She is a certified California Municipal Treasurer, a certified Public Funds Administrator, and Public Funds Investment Manager. Outside of work, Tracey is a grandmother of two boys ages 10 and 5 and two girls ages 8 and 8 months. Tracey enjoys traveling and boating in the Bay Area.
