Rashida Washington
Advisor
Rashida Washington joined RGS as an Advisor and serves as a Project Manager in the Training Service Line. Rashida has over eighteen years’ experience in developing and delivering training as well as managing local government and training programs. She coordinated and launched a Public Administration Master’s Program in partnership with California State University, East Bay, and established and enforced the standards, policies, and procedures for the administration and governance of the training program.
Rashida serves as the Training Project Manager, managing the complex project management needs of the service line. She utilizes her experience in training and development to assist with program logistics, sustainability, and outreach.
Rashida has a bachelor’s degree in social welfare and a master’s degree in public administration.
Outside of work, Rashida is an avid hiker and enjoys hiking trails across the Bay Area as well as visiting the various National Parks.
