Michele Massio-Voelkert

Michele Massio-Voelkert joined RGS in 2025 as an Advisor in Human Resources, where she supports internal HR operations and provides consulting services to partner agencies. She brings over two decades of public and private sector HR experience, including roles at Calbright College, the City of Roseville, and Kaiser Permanente. Michele has led initiatives in training and development, employee relations, policy creation, performance management, and compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in human resources, and is passionate about helping organizations build effective, people-centered workplaces.
