Katherine Ahlborn
Advisor—Finance Services
Katherine joined RGS as an Advisor in the Finance Services Line in 2025. She provides customer service, utility billing assessment, payroll coaching, and services to RGS partner agencies.
Katherine has over thirteen years of experience as a utility billing manager in municipal utilities, including water, sewer, and electric service billing, collections, customer service, and reporting. Additionally, she has 20+ years of experience in private and municipal payroll, including software implementation, full-cycle payroll processing, tax filings, and payroll-related accounts payable reconciliation.
Katherine holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and appreciates a variety of outdoor activities, including wine tasting, camping, attending rodeos, and domestic and international travel.
