Jules Sarmiento

Jules Sarmiento joined RGS as an Intern/Administrative Specialist in the Training Service Line in 2025.

Most of Jules’ prior responsibilities included administering training and supervising new trainees as a shift lead. She was also part of a research team during her undergraduate studies, in which she edited research proposals and papers, constructed research posters, and synthesized academic articles to formulate research questions.

Jules has a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology and is currently completing her master’s degree in instructional design and technology.

Outside of work, Jules enjoys video games, reading, figure skating, and sometimes baking as a relaxing activity.
