Finance Hermelinda Flores joined Regional Government Services Authority as an Advisor in the Finance service group in 2020. She serves partner agencies by performing all aspects of staff level accounting functions and recordkeeping as well as preparing financial reports and Board packets. Hermelinda has over sixteen years of administration and accounting experience. Hermelinda has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in education (in process). She is bi-lingual in Spanish. Outside of work, Hermelinda enjoys having a hot cup of coffee and a good conversation with family and friends.
