Carrie Rogers

Carrie Rogers joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultant in 2023. She brings more than 30 years of experience in economic development, community and workforce development, strategic planning, marketing and communications, and business advisory services.

Carrie has led innovative initiatives across Los Angeles County—home to one of the world’s largest economies—supporting 89 jurisdictions in advancing business growth, investment, and employment opportunities. Her work has contributed to attracting and retaining hundreds of companies, creating more than 143,000 jobs, and generating an estimated $8 billion in economic impact. Her expertise in economic development and strategic planning has earned her numerous international, national, and state awards. She was recently recognized for her leadership in the field by the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) with the 40 @ 40 Award.

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Public Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, playing Bunco, fundraising for causes she cares about, and spending time with family and friends.
