We’re excited to spotlight Pia Rose, RGS Director of Human Resources Services. Pia joined RGS in 2025 and brings more than 30 years of HR experience supporting city and county agencies.

Her work focuses on workforce planning, organizational development, and building strong, collaborative relationships with managers and labor partners. Throughout her career, Pia has championed best HR practices and supported workforce initiatives, including internships and career academies. Her collaborative style is key to helping organizations advance their goals.
