Jorge Santillan joined Regional Government Services as an Advisor in the Finance Services Group in 2023. Jorge has over twenty years of municipal financial, accounting, and budgeting experience including ERP implementation, annual budget preparation, annual financial reports, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and public funds investments.
Jorge holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. He is a Certified Government Finance Officer and Public Manager.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys cycling, nature photography, and spending weekends with family.
