Change is in our DNA. We want to do it transparently.

RGS will update this timeline as we continue to change over the next year. (most recent changes are on top)

The executive team is committed to keeping employees up to date about what is changing, when, and why. We know that for change to be successful, it has to be collaborative. We welcome you to drop us a line or use this anonymous feedback form.

The executive team asked each service line lead to develop a 12-month action plan. This process is ongoing, and we look forward to sharing plan details soon.
